Shipping policy

1. Where we ship
We ship to addresses in the United Kingdom. If your country is not available at checkout, we cannot deliver there yet.

2. Processing time
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays). Orders placed after 5pm UK time, or on weekends, are processed the next business day.

3. Delivery time
Our products are dispatched from our partner fulfilment warehouses. Standard delivery to the UK takes 7 to 15 business days after dispatch. Total time from order to delivery is usually 8 to 18 business days.

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Peak periods (Black Friday, Christmas) and customs checks may add a few days.

4. Shipping costs
Shipping costs, if any, are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.

5. Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Tracking may take 2 to 5 business days to show movement while the parcel is handed to the carrier.

6. Customs and import charges
Orders with a value of £135 or less are delivered with no import charges to pay on delivery. For orders over £135, import VAT and any applicable duty may be collected by the carrier before delivery.

7. Address errors
Please check your shipping address at checkout. Contact us at info@pure-luxiva.store within 12 hours of ordering to correct it. We are not responsible for parcels delivered to an incorrect address you provided.

8. Lost or delayed parcels
If your parcel has not arrived 25 business days after your order, or tracking shows no movement for 10 business days, contact us at info@pure-luxiva.store with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier and, if the parcel is confirmed lost, send a replacement or a full refund.

If tracking shows the parcel as delivered but you have not received it, check with neighbours and your local delivery office first, then contact us within 7 days.

9. Split shipments
Orders with several items may arrive in separate parcels on different days. You will receive tracking for each.
